WE’RE WITH YOU.

FOR ALL YOUR MOBILITY NEEDS.

WE’RE WITH YOU.FOR ALL YOUR MOBILITY NEEDS.

BMW AND OUR DEALERS ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU.

Following the announcement by the New Zealand government that Auckland will continue to stay at Alert level 3 until August 26, we wanted to inform our valued customers what this means for BMW New Zealand and our dealers.

Firstly, the health of our employees, customers, and community will continue to remain our top priority during this second lockdown phase in Auckland.

We have adopted measures across all of our dealerships to protect your health and wellbeing, and that of our staff, while also ensuring we can continue to provide a premium service. This includes extensive sanitisation as well as the implementation of social distancing guidelines.

Under Level 3 our Auckland dealerships are here to support you and will operate as follows:

Auckland City BMW:

Auckland City BMW will remain open for contactless sales, service and parts. All vehicles will be sanitised for the safety of our customers and staff.

Continental Cars BMW:

Continental Cars BMW will remain open offering contactless service and sales solutions including test drives and deliveries. All vehicles will be sanitised for the safety of customers and staff.

East Auckland BMW:

East Auckland BMW will remain open for contactless sales, service and parts. All vehicles will be sanitised for the safety of our customers and staff.

Our other BMW dealerships will continue to operate business as usual under level two guidelines.

Should you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your local BMW dealer for more information. You can find your nearest BMW dealership by clicking here.

In addition to all other services, BMW Financial Services will continue to be available for you as well at Alert level 3.
