Enrolment and participation in Membership Rewards is subject to the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions and partner terms and conditions. The annual $50 Membership Rewards fee has been waived. Only purchases are eligible for Membership Rewards points. Membership Rewards points do not expire while your Account remains current and in good standing. A fee may be applicable for participation in partner airline programmes. A transfer fee of $35 per transfer of points to one of our airline partner programmes will apply.

Offer only available to new Gold Cardmembers who apply with the enclosed application form, and are approved by 1 June 2011. 1.5 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent is for the first 6 months of membership, and becomes 1 Membership Rewards point per dollar spent thereafter.

Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions apply. Enrolment in the Air New Zealand Airpoints^TM programme is the Cardmember's responsibility and a Cardmember must be enrolled prior to any points transfer request. A joining fee may apply. Air New Zealand Airpoints programme terms and conditions apply. A transfer fee of $35 per transfer of points applies. A minimum of 2,100 points may be transferred into the Airpoints programme and increments of 175 points thereafter. For every 175 Membership Rewards points transferred you receive 1 Airpoints Dollar

Supplementary Credit Card customers must be over 18 years of age. You will be liable for all Supplementary Credit Card spending.

Offer available to brand new American Express Card applicants who apply via the online PDF application form only, are approved and spend $500 on the new Card by 31 August 2011. Membership Rewards bonus point offer is valid for purchases made in New Zealand and charged to an eligible American Express Card. Enrolment in Membership Rewards is required. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards Programme. Please allow 8-10 weeks after offer end date for bonus points to be credited to your account.

Offer available to new Card applicants who apply via the enclosed application form only and are approved by the 1 June 2011. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery after the offer end date. Westfield Gift Voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Normal Westfield Gift Voucher conditions apply.

The Credit Card gives you up to 55 days interest free on purchases, depending on when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued, whether you have obtained a balance transfer and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from the previous statement period. There are no interest free days for cash advances or for any purchases where you are carrying forward a balance on your account from the previous statement period.

Gift Cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a minimum of three months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Normal retailer Gift Card conditions apply. Gift Cards are transferable. Gift Cards are subject to Partner Terms and Conditions.

Points may be redeemed by the Basic Cardmember for a credit on the Primary Card Account. American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Cardmember's other accounts with American Express are not in good standing. The redemption of Points for Credit will be administered solely by American Express within three business days and cannot be reversed. Redeeming Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card.
